My name is Saniya Karadal and I have been a long-standing auditor for Aviation, Space and Defence organizations.
In 2004, right after completing my studies in Production Management, I was allowed to start my career as head of quality management and development at an aviation company in the Stuttgart area. My focus was, among other things, in the qualification of interior components for the A380.
In 2008, I was hired by UTC Aerospace Systems (formerly Goodrich Control Systems GmbH) in Neuss as Lead Auditor. After a short time, I took over responsibility for the entire quality management system. Internal audits, handling and monitoring of external audits, supplier audits, training of internal auditors, in-house training and compliance consulting were among the tasks of my daily work.
Almost at the same time I founded my consulting company "Karadal Consulting". Since 2008, I have been working independently on a wide variety of projects in all sizes of companies on the topic of "quality management".
Since July 2019 I have been working full time for my own company with tasks of consulting, training and of course auditing. Also in 2019, I was authenticated as a 3rd Party auditor by the BDLI and perform 3rd party audits for several certification bodies according to AS/EN9100 and ISO9001.
In order to always be able to assist my clients and partners with up-to-date knowledge, I am in constant training with renowned providers.
