Saniya KARADAL

Business Administration Graduate (FH) / Auditor ® / Quality Manager ®

My name is Saniya Karadal and I am a long-time auditor for organizations in the aviation, space and defense industries.

In 2004, immediately after completing my studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, I began my career as Head of Quality Management and Development at an aerospace company near Stuttgart. My focus included the qualification of components for the A380.

In 2008, I was hired by UTC Aerospace Systems (formerly Goodrich Control Systems GmbH) in Neuss as a Lead Auditor. After a short time, I also assumed responsibility for the entire quality management system. My daily work included internal audits, conducting and supporting external audits, supplier audits, training internal auditors, in-house training, and compliance consulting.

Almost simultaneously, I founded my management consultancy, "Karadal Consulting". Since 2008, through my self-employment, I have been managing a wide variety of projects in companies of all sizes, focusing on the topic of "quality management".

Since July 2019, I have been working full-time for my own company, providing consulting, training, and, of course, auditing services. Also in 2019, I was certified as a 3rd Party Auditor by the BDLI and conduct 3rd Party Audits for various certification bodies in accordance with AS/EN9100 and ISO 9001.

In order to always be able to provide my customers and partners with up-to-date knowledge, I am constantly engaged in further training with renowned providers.
