Saniya KARADAL
Graduate in Business Administration (University of Applied Sciences) | Auditor | Quality Manager
My professional career began in 2004 in the aviation industry with responsibility for quality management and development, including the qualification of components for the Airbus A380 program.
In 2008, I joined UTC Aerospace Systems (now Collins Aerospace), where I initially worked as a Lead Auditor and later took over responsibility for the quality management system. My areas of focus included audits, compliance, supplier management, and the training of internal auditors. At the same time, I founded Karadal Consulting.
Since 2019, I have worked exclusively as an independent consultant and auditor, supporting companies in the introduction, further development and auditing of management systems as well as in preparing for certifications according to the requirements of the aviation, space and defense industry.
A particularly noteworthy project was my responsibility for the quality management system of Listemann AG from 2018 to 2022. The company specializes in NADCAP-certified special processes. This role allowed me to further expand my technical expertise in the field of demanding special processes.
As a BDLI-authenticated third-party auditor, I conduct audits for various certification bodies. In addition, I support my clients with internal audits, supplier audits, and practical training.
My clients particularly appreciate my in-depth industry knowledge, my pragmatic way of working, and my clear focus on sustainable and effective solutions.
My goal is not only to guide companies safely through audits and certifications, but also to establish quality management as a real added value for sustainable business success.
